General conditions of sale


Article 1 - Availability of products:

Upon receipt of your order, we check the availability of the product ordered.

We undertake within 10 days from validation of the order:

- to deliver the product ordered to you or to reimburse you.

For any complaints, we advise you to send us a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, stating your order number and indicating your contact details to the following address:

If one of the products is out of stock, the order will be refunded.


Article 2 – Order processing:

The order will be validated:

on the order date in the event of payment by credit card online or Paypal
on the date the check is cashed, transfer if applicable.

Article 3 – Payment of order:

Payment is made on the server of our partner Banque Populaire.

We certify that payment card details are encrypted and never transmitted in clear text over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank.

Payment by bank card is therefore perfectly secure, your order will be recorded and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.

Via your PayPal account:

PayPal allows you to pay online without sharing your financial information during the transaction. Payments will be made to the address yfaivre@fctronic.com

By check, transfer

Your order is then reserved for 8 days. Beyond this period, without receipt of your check or transfer, it will be cancelled. The order will only be processed upon receipt of your check or transfer and after validation by our services.


Article 4 – Default of payment:

FCtronic reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a customer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is currently being processed.


Article 5 – Delivery:

Delivery costs are calculated based on their weight and the delivery method selected when confirming your order.

Delivery will be made by La Poste by tracked Colissimo or by carrier depending on the weight and volume of the product. The second carrier is DPD which offers home delivery by appointment or at a relay point (addresses of relay points available on the DPD online application).

For deliveries by carrier, check, in the presence of the delivery person, the number, condition and contents of your packages. In the event of damage noted, you must mention precisely the date, the damage and make reservations on the delivery note. Failing this, no claim will be taken into account. It will be up to the buyer to provide all justifications as to the reality of the defects or anomalies noted.

Delivery to Switzerland: customs clearance fees and payment of local VAT are to be expected when shipping your order. Please contact the Swiss administration or Swiss Post for more details on the conditions and rates applied.

Article 6 – Retention of title clause:

The products remain the property of FCtronic until full payment of the order.


Article 7 – Guarantees and responsibilities:

A- FCtronic Warranty

New equipment on sale on the FCsignaletic website is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Reconditioned equipment on sale on the FCsignaletic website is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase.

In the event of a breakdown during the initial warranty period, repairs will be carried out free of charge by FCtronic. Only the shipping costs will be at your expense.

To benefit from this guarantee, it is essential to keep and provide the product purchase invoice when requesting guarantee support.

The Warranty does not apply to:

Goods that cannot benefit from this contract
Damage, breakdowns, failures or defects attributable to causes of external origin (incorrect application of equipment, electrical surge, damage due to insects, etc.)
Failures resulting from modification of the original construction and characteristics of the device.
Failures affecting parts that do not comply with those recommended by the manufacturer.
Settings accessible to the beneficiary without dismantling the device
Costs of commissioning, adjustment, cleaning and testing not resulting from guaranteed damage.
Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Repairs and damages suffered by the device after a repair carried out by anyone other than an employee of FCtronic.
Makeshift or temporary repairs as well as the consequences of any possible worsening of the resulting damage.
Damage due to corrosion, improper connection or power supply problem (power supply problem means not a power supply problem internal to the product, but external to it)

It is recalled that the benefit of the guarantee does not prevent the application of the legal provisions relating to the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects (legal guarantees) reproduced below.

B-Legal guarantees

You benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects, provided for by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code:

Compliance :

Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code:

The seller is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been placed in his charge by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.

Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code:

To comply with the contract, the property must:
1) Be suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable:
- Correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the latter presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- Present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, by the producer or by his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;
2) Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted.

Article L211-12 of the Consumer Code:

The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by 2 years from the delivery of the goods.

In order to benefit from this guarantee, you can contact our customer service directly by email from the FCsignaletic website. To facilitate and speed up the process, a return number will then be assigned to you, which should be indicated when returning the product.

You will be able to choose between the replacement or the repair of the returned product. However, under Article L 211-9 of the Consumer Code, if the option you have chosen entails a disproportionate cost, we will resort to the other option.

However, if no repair or replacement is possible, or if the solution you have chosen cannot be implemented within one month of your complaint, or if this solution presents a major inconvenience for you given the nature of the goods and the use you are seeking, you may then request the termination of the contract. This termination will not be pronounced if the defect is minor. If the termination is pronounced, the price will be refunded to you within 15 days of receipt of your return.

Hidden defects:

Article 1641 of the Civil Code:

The seller is liable for the warranty against hidden defects in the item sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price for it, if he had known of them.

Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code:

The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the buyer within 2 years from the discovery of the defect. In order to benefit from this guarantee, you can contact our customer service directly by email from the FCsignaletic website. To facilitate and speed up the process, a return number will then be assigned to you, which should be indicated when returning the product. A check of the fault and its origin is carried out upon receipt of your product. The returned product, if affected by a hidden defect, will be refunded including shipping costs, or exchanged according to your request and available stocks.

The photos representing our products are not contractual.

C- Responsibilities

FCtronic cannot be held responsible for the partial application of the contract concluded, due to the occurrence of a force majeure event. This force majeure event may be, depending on the circumstances, where appropriate a total or partial strike of postal services, carriers, or a disaster caused by flood or fire.

With regard to products purchased to satisfy professional needs, FCtronic shall not incur any liability for any indirect damages arising from these terms, operating losses, loss of profits, damages or costs, which may arise. The choice and purchase of a product are placed under the sole responsibility of the customer.


Article 8 – Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 clear days from receipt of the products to withdraw without reason and return the products to us. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. Beyond this period, no withdrawal will be accepted.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal directly by email from the FCsignaletic website. To facilitate and speed up the process, a return number will then be assigned to you, which you should indicate when returning the product.

To be returned, the product must be complete, fit for resale, and returned in its original, complete packaging. You bear the cost of returning the product.

After having offered you a credit corresponding to the full price charged, and if you refuse it, we will refund the returned product by check, transfer, or re-credit, at your convenience, as soon as possible.


Article 9 - Processing of packages: NPAI / unclaimed / refused:

If your package is returned by our service provider for the following reason:

NPAI (Does Not Live at the Address Given)
Package not claimed during its period of pendency
Package refused by the recipient upon delivery

After receipt and acceptance of the return, we will proceed with a refund by check, transfer or credit to your bank card.


Article 10 – Provisions of the “data protection and freedoms” law:

At any time, "you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (art 34 of the "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978).

Following your first order, you will receive the FCsignaletic information offer.

You can then modify your subscription by clicking on the link located at the bottom of each information offer or by going to your personalized pages of your Customer Service Account.
